馬克加行銷顧問公司創辦人和執行主席。英國皇家特許行銷協會 （The Chartered Institute of Marketing， United Kingdom）稱他為「打造行銷未來的五十位大師之一」。美國內布拉斯加林肯大學泛太平洋商業協會（Pan-Pacific Business Association at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln），授予他全球傑出領導者獎（Distinguished Global Leadership Award）的榮譽。目前擔任國際小型企業協會（International Council for Small Business）的地區分支機構，亞洲小型企業協會顧問群（Asia Council for Small Business）總裁，也是亞洲行銷協會（Asia Marketing Federation）的共同創辦人。
