美國密蘇里大學新聞學院碩士，譯作曾榮獲經濟部中小企業處金書獎。 曾翻譯許多重要財經企管著作，包括《改造企業》（Reengineering the Corporation）、《跨組織再造》（X-engineering the Corporation）、《應變》（Confronting Reality）、《如何做好創新管理》（與人合譯）、《變革管理》等。
